A Message from Brittany:
There comes a time in everyone’s life when we all need a bit of help. I firmly believe in the power of healing through connection and creating a safe space for you to show up as you are. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is conducive to allow for transformation. I have a passion for assisting individuals in identifying barriers that are impeding their growth and developing the necessary coping skills to persevere and thrive. I approach therapy from a trauma-informed, client-centered perspective: focusing on empathy and genuineness as we work together to identify areas for growth and development. I have experience working with teens and adults utilizing interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused approaches, and mindfulness practices.
Each day we are given a new opportunity. It is up to us how we choose to utilize this gift. How are you willing to show up for yourself today?
