A Message from Jenna
Sometimes, despite best efforts, life will throw unexpected and unplanned curveballs. This can lead to making simple adjustments to feel like life is back in order. However, sometimes, curveballs can turn life completely upside down!! In cases such as these, gentle guidance, unconditional positive regard, empathic care, and encouragement might be what is most needed. Whether you just need to make a few adjustments to get back on track, or you need deeper therapeutic work, you will find safety under my care. My goal and my prayer are to link arms with you on your movement toward the best and most healthy version of yourself-emotionally, spiritually, and mentally.
